| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the professional ethics of the real estate valuation business,and probes into the causes of these problems form the internal monitoring and restricting mechanisms,the social phenomenon in the transformation period,and the legislation construction,etc.,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for rectifying and reforming. |
