| 摘 要： | 通过对不同人群组７５８例肝癌特异蛋白（Ｓｅｒｕｍ Ｈｅｐａｔｉｔｓ Ｃａｎｃｅｒ Ｓｐｅｃｉａｌ Ｐｒｏ－ｔｅｉｎ，ＳＨＣＳＰ）检测结果；原发性肝癌ＳＨＣＳＰ阳性检率８９．１１Ａ％，高于ＡＦＰ检出率７１．２１％，统计学处理无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．５００）。转移肝癌、肝脏良性肿瘤的阳性检出率分别为７９．３７％、３８．４６％、４．７％，提示对肝外恶性肿瘤的肝转移及肝癌术后复发转移有监测意义。对慢性肝病ＳＨ

| Abstract: | A total of 758 cases from different groups was detected by SHCSP Test.The results indicated that the positive rate of SHCSP test(89.11%) was higher than that of AFP test ( 71.21% )in hepatocellular carcinoma.The positive rates of metastatic liver cancer,post\|operation liver cancer and hepatic benign tumour by SHCSP test are 79.37%%,38.46% and 4.7% respectively .The results suggested that SHCSP test was significant in monitoring the cancer metastasis from other organs to liver and in controlling the recrudescence and metastasis of post\|operation liver cancer.Tracing observations on the positive cases in chronic hepatic diseases group demonstrated that SHCSP may be useful for detecting early liver cancers. |
