| 摘 要： | 介绍了光度法测量多组分线性回归法的原理,对吸收峰严重重叠的邻苯二酚、间苯二酚和对苯二酚三组份体系,线性回归法同时测定进行了比较。以283.5、279.5、276.5nm三波长为三种苯二酚的测量波长,按正交设计表L25(56)配置25组标准混合溶液,对三种苯二酚进行线性回归;同时测定了模拟混合样本中的邻苯二酚、邻苯二酚和间苯二酚含量。测量结果表明,回归方程加入常数项后,计算结果准确度有所提高。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the theory of spectrophotometric simultaneous determination polycomponent and compares the simultaneous determination polycomponent by linear regression method in the system of the absorption spectrum of the three components which severely overlap in ultraviolet spectral range.Three wavelengths at 283.5,279.5,276.5 nm were selected as determination wavelength.25 mixture standard resolutions were prepared as orthogonal projection form L25(56).Three kinds of the components were linearly regressed.At the same time,the content of pyrocatechol,resorcinol and hydroquinone in six simulation mixture samples were measured.The measurement results indicated that the calculating accuracy is higher with constant term in the equation. |
