| 摘 要： | 在生化实验中，往往要测量大量的实验数据，制作标准曲线或各种参数的变化曲线，而对这些数据的计算、处理既费时又费力．本课题用计算机JAVA语言编写程序，利用最小二乘法，研究对实验数据的处理，进而快速、便捷地制作标准曲线或各种参数的变化曲线．通过与EXCEL法进行比较，初步确定这是一种比较好的优化实验数据的处理方法．

| Abstract: | Workload of data measurements is usually heavy in biology and chemistry experiments, especially in drawing standard curves and the curves of variable parameters. A computer program has been made with java, using least square method to make it easier to draw the standard curves and the curves of variable parameters. Compared with the data processing method with Excel, it has been proved to be an efficient approach to the optimization of experimental data process |
