| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic design for the managerial system of ELXSI-6400 and its characteristics are analysed in four parts: the addition and removal of users ; the management of users passwords ; the management of users and system resource land the management of system safety control and utilization ratio. A few programs of the system are presented. |
