| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,从解析"体教结合"的概念,揭示"体教结合"的本质入手,全面系统地分析了目前湖南省高校高水平男子足球队在队伍管理过程中所面临的困难以及暴露出的问题,从促进湖南省高校高水平男足队伍良好、有序、健康发展的角度出发提出建议和对策,以期为湖南省乃至中国高校高水平男子足球队的良好发展提供一些有价值的参考.
