流态固化土的电化学特性及其施工与力学性能

摘    要:流态固化土是一种新型填筑工程材料,是对传统稳定土(灰土等)的变革和发展。本研究采用单纯形重心法设计固化剂组成,对不同配比固化剂的流态固化土的坍落度、凝结时间、抗压强度和电化学阻抗谱进行测试。基于7个实验点的结果,采用三个分量的三阶重心多项式模型建立流态固化土坍落度、凝结时间以及抗压强度预测方程。试验结果表明,当流动性满足要求,且凝结时间适宜时,水泥-矿粉-粉煤灰三元体系质量比为6:2:2时,流态固化土抗压强度较高,固化效果及经济性良好;电化学阻抗谱法Nyquist图的容抗弧半径和Bode图的阻抗模值与固化体试样的强度呈正相关,是评价预固化剂固化效果的一种有效途径。

Abstract:Fluid solidified soil is a new filling engineering material, which is the reform and development of traditional stabilized soil (lime soil, etc.). In this study, the composition of the curing agent was designed by the simplex center of gravity method. The slump, setting time, compressive strength and electrochemical impedance spectrum of the fluid solidified soil with different proportion of curing agent was tested. Based on the results of seven experimental points, the three-order center of gravity multinomial model of three components was used to establish the prediction equations of the slump, setting time and compressive strength of the fluid solidified soil. The test results show that when the fluidity meets the requirements and the setting time is appropriate, when the mass ratio of cement mineral powder fly ash ternary system is 6:2:2, the compressive strength of fluid solidified soil is higher, and the curing effect and economy are good; The capacitive reactance arc radius of Nyquist diagram and the impedance modulus of Bode diagram by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy are positively correlated with the strength of solidified body samples, which is an effective way to evaluate the curing effect of precuring agent.
