纳米TiO2晶体的制备及光催化性能

摘    要:采用Sol-Gel法成功地合成了TiO2纳米粉末,并对其光催化性能进行了研究。XRD与TEM研究结果表明,热处理温度,保温时间等因素对材料结构和颗粒大小影响很大,粉末的平均粒径为8.0-29.5nm。

Abstract:TiO 2 nanometer powder with sizes ranging from 8.0?nm to 29.5 nm was prepared by sol gel process with Ti(OBu) 4 as the precursor. XRD and TEM showed changes in structure and particle size of the powder with calcination temperature and time. Based on a model reaction of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue irradiated by 125?W high pressure mercury lamp, the photo catalytic degradation rates of methylene blue increased with a rise of calcination temperature and the increasing of nano powder sizes. As a result, the quantum size effect drastically influenced the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 owing to the changes of crystalline pattern and optical absorption spectra.
