| 摘 要： | 论述了独立学院金融专业应用型人才培养要以就业为导向的原因,总结了独立学院金融专业人才培养就业导向性不强的具体表现和增强独立学院金融专业人才培养就业导向性的对策建议,得出了独立学院金融专业应用型人才培养必须以提升学生的就业能力为导向,重点培养操作型和销售型的应用型金融人才,使之与一本和二本学生在人才市场上错位竞争的结论。 |

| Abstract: | Why financial professional applied talents cultivation in independent college should take employment as the guidance is discussed .Financial professional employment guidance in independent college is not strong and how to enhance financial professional students employment guidance in independent college is discussed as well .It is concluded that the financial professional applied talents cultivation in independent college must guide by enhancing the students ability in employment .Financial professional in independent college should focus on training applied financial personnel in operation and sales make them dislocation compete with key university bachelor students and general university bachelor students in talent market . |
