双曲型叶片的数控加工模型研究

摘    要:给出双曲型点构成的叶片工作面的解析方程,并用主曲率方法给出了刀具参数、数控加工中的步长和行距的定量计算模型,最后用等螺距叶片工作面算例验证本文所供方法不但确保了叶片工作面造型精度,而且大大地提高了加工效率.

Abstract:This paper presents the analytical equation of hyperboli blade surface, the model for defining the correlative parameters of cutting tool used in the NC machining of blade surface is deduced by the method of main curvature. The models for the numeric talculation of step lengths and path intervals are also provided. In the end,the metheds are verified by examples of the NC machining of a hyperbolic blade driving face with a constant pitch to be high accuracy, and the machining efficiency can also be improved
