| 摘 要： | 随着多媒体及网络技术在外语教学中的运用，给外语教学带来了全新的观念和变化。在多媒体网络外语教学中，外语学习者不仅是认知主体也是情感主体。本文从情感因素出发，探讨了在多媒体网络学习环境中学习者情感因素的作用，及如何有效利用情感因素促进学习者外语学习。
