| 摘 要： | 《民约论》是18世纪欧洲启蒙思想家卢梭的代表作之一，书中的许多基本原理是孙中山民权主义的主要思想来源。孙中山领导的资产阶级民权革命，孙中山民权主义思想体系的形成和发展，都颇受其影响。在“全民政治”、在“平等观”、在“人权”、在“分权理论”与“五权宪法”和“权能分治”等方面，孙中山和卢梭两人的观点，既有一致，也有分歧。

| Abstract: | The Social Contract is the masterpiece of J.J.Rousseau, the enlightening philosopher of 18th century. Many principles of the book serve the direct sources of Dr. Sun Yat-sen＇s Principle of Democracy, also affecting his bourgeois-democratic revolution. There are common grounds and divisions between Dr. Sun Yat-sen and J.J.Rousseau in terms of＂division of power＂, ＂five rights constitution＂ and ＂governing by separating rights and power＂. |
