摘    要:
用系统工程的方法,研究棉纺系统工程,从棉纺系统的角度分析影响OE83.3tex质量的因素是粗节和棉结,制定了两套OE83.3tex的工艺试验方案,阐述了两试验方案的结果,从理论上和实践上论述了方案I的合理性,并把它应用于实践进行工艺优化,从而达到提高转杯纺棉纱质量的目的。

Abstract:
This article discusses the systematic engineering of cotton sprinning by means of the method of systematic engineering,as viewed from the cotton sprinning to analyse the influence of the qualities of 83. 3 tex OE yarn are the thick points and the heps,and introduces two experimental schemes of 83. 3 tex OE yarn technique and their experimental results,and expounds the rational of scheme I in theory and practice. It is applied in practice and to optimize the technique .thus the quality of OE cotton yarn is improved.
