高职院校外籍教师管理研究

高等职业院校近十年来，对外合作交流取得了巨大的发展。作者结合工作实际，论述了从法制管理入手，建立外籍教师教学质量的评估体系，有序地开展教学质量评估，提倡对外教实行人性化管理，有效地与外籍教师进行沟通，建立科学有效的激励机制，从而提高外籍教师聘用效益。
