| Abstract: | In the automatic CNC tube bending, it is necessary to transform the geometrical parameters (x,y,z) and bending parameters (Y,B,C) of the bent tube one to the other. The method to express the tube shape in the 3D space is suggested. The relation between the geometrical parameters and bending parameters is studied. The formulae of the transformation between them are developed. A practical example of the parameter transformations is given. |
