| 摘 要： | 做好职业指导工作在高校具有重要的意义,因此,各高校都相继开展了形式多样的职业指导工作。在不断推进职业指导工作的同时,我们发现其中也存在着一些亟需改进的问题。笔者结合多年院系团组织的工作经验,并通过登陆各高校网站以及在高校辅导员QQ群上的调查了解,针对如何推进和开展高校的职业指导工作,提出了自己的一些看法和建议。

| Abstract: | With many years' work experience of the Youth League in schools,the author thinks the university vocational guidance can be improved.Based on the study of the information on the university website and the communication with university counselors over the QQ system,the paper puts forward some views and some suggestions on how to improve the vocational guidance in universities. |
