摘    要:通过向传统的铝磷酸盐粘结剂中加入含镁改性剂和含硼改性剂,研究了改性剂对铝磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响.结果表明:加入含镁改性剂会使磷酸盐自硬砂的室温抗压强度下降,适量的含镁改性剂能有效地提高磷酸盐自硬砂的抗吸湿性;含硼改性剂能有效地提高磷酸盐自硬砂的室温抗压强度,对其抗吸湿性影响不大,适量的含硼改性剂能提高铝磷酸盐粘结剂的稳定性.

Abstract:The effect of magnesium-containing modifier and the boron-containing modifier on the properties of the no-bake aluminium phosphate sand is studied.The modifiers are added into the aluminium phosphate binder.It is revealed that the room temperature compressive strength of no-bake sand is reduced by adding the magnesium-containing modifier;the humidity resistance is improved effectively when the amount of the magnesium-containing modifier is appropriate.The room temperature compressive strength of no-bake sand is improved by adding the boron-containing modifier;the humidity resistance is effected little.The stability of the aluminium phosphate binder is improved when the amount of the boron-containing modifier is suitable.
