摘    要:以咔唑二硫代甲酸苄基酯(BCBD)为 RAFT 试剂,苯乙烯(St)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)和丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(A-mPEG)为共聚单体,合成了具有不同 mPEG 和 P(A-mPEG)链长的两亲梳型嵌段共聚物 P(St-co-DMAM)-b-PDMAM-b-P(A-mPEG)x,利用1H-NMR 和 GPC 对聚合物结构进行表征.将此共聚物用于聚丙烯腈(PAN)薄膜的表面吸附改性,探讨了PEG链长及含量对改性效果的影响.接触角测试表明,该聚合物可很好地吸附在膜表面,并明显提高膜的亲水性.随PEG链长及其含量的增加,嵌段共聚物的改性效果增加;在适宜条件下,经聚合物吸附改性后,PAN 膜接触角由72.2°降低至24.8°;改性 PAN 薄膜表面牛血清蛋白(BSA)吸附量最低降至0.672,μg/cm2,为未改性PAN膜的11.1%左右.

Synthesis of Amphiphilic Comb-Shape Block Copolymers and Its Application in Modification of Polyacrylonitrile Film

Abstract:A series of amphiphilic comb-shape block copolymers P(St-co-DMAM)-b-P DMAM-b-P(A-mPEG)x with different chain lengths of mPEG and P(A-mPEG)were synthesized successfully by reversible addition-fragmentation transfer polymerization(RAFT)of styrene(St), N, N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAM)and mPEG monoacrylate macro-monomers(A-mPEG)in the presence of RAFT agents benzyl-9,H-carbzole-9-carbodithioate (BCBD). The copoly-mers were characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy and GPC. Then these amphiphilic copolymers were used to modify polyacrylonitrile (PAN)film by adsorption from the copolymer solution. The effects of PEG chain length and content on modification were investigated. It was found that the copolymer was adsorbed on the surface and the hydrophilicity of modified film was improved significantly,which was confirmed by water contact angle measurement. The modifi-cation effect of copolymer on the PAN film increased with the increase of PEG chain length and content, and under appropriate conditions,the contact angle of modification PAN film decreased from 72.2°to 24.8°. Inhibition of pro-tein adhesion by the modified PAN film surfaces was evaluated,using bovine serum albumin(BSA)as model protein. The adsorption of BSA was found to be 0.672,μg/cm2, 11.1%of that of unmodified membrane.
