试论高校仪器设备的管理

高校仪器设备是高校资产的重要组成部分,挖掘现有仪器设备的社会效益和经济效益潜能,是高校设备管理日益突出的研究课题。文中结合仪器设备的实际管理工作,从增强管理意识、加强采购管理和日常管理等三个方面,提出行之有效的仪器设备管理方法。日常管理包括账务管理、设备维修和报废等流程,还需加强仪器设备管理队伍的建设。此外,需用现代化的仪器设备管理模式,包括网络化管理和使用二维码标签,以期达到提高仪器设备使用效率的目的。

On Management of Instrument and Equipment in Higher Education Campuses

Instrument and equipment are very significant component of assets in higher education campuses. This paper integrates the practical equipment administration in our college and covers three aspects as follow： management consciousness, purchasing management and then routine management, bring forward effective methods in management of instrument and equipment, so as to improve the efficiency in equipment administration.
