| 摘 要： | 随着我国政府采购市场的国际化,有关政府采购的新事物层出不穷,对高校政府采购专业人员的素质也提出了更高的要求。文章指出了当前高校政府采购专业人员应具备的基本素质:职业道德修养、合理的知识结构、过硬的业务素质、良好的沟通协调能力,并提出加强制度建设和责任管理、加强业务技能培训、加强职业道德教育和加强监督考核等途径来提高高校政府采购专业人员的素质、提高采购效益。

| Abstract: | With the internationalization of China＇s government procurement market, new things that related to government procurement emerge constantly. It has put forward a higher demand on the quality of university government procurement staffs. This paper points out that university procurement staffs should have the basic qualities： professional ethics, knowledge structure, exceUent business qualities, good communication and coordination capacity. It also proposes to strengthen the system construction and management responsibility, to strengthen business skills training, professional ethics education and strengthen the supervision and evaluation and other ways to improve the quality of government procurement staffs, to improve procurement efficiency. |
