论农村现代社会保障制度的建立和发展--对曲靖农村现代社会保障制度的探析

农村现代社会保障制度的建立和发展是我国社会主义现代化建设的一项重要内容。但是，边远地区、高寒山区和少数民族聚居区的现代社会保障制度还几乎没有建立起来。传统社会保障仍占据着主导地位。在中国社会经济飞速发展的形势下，我们应充分利用有利因素加快农村现代社会保障制度的建立和发展。

On the Establishment and Development of Rural Modern Social Security

The establishment and development of rural modern social security is an important content of Chinese socialist modernization. But, in the border districts, mountain areas and the areas where people of the minority nationalities live in compact communities, modern social security almost has not been established, and traditional social security still hold a dominant position. Under the situation which Chinese economy develop at full speed, we should utilize all kinds of advantageous factors fully in order to quicken the establishment and development of rural modern social security.
