| 摘 要： | 通过对合同约定交付文件和工作分解结构的结合,对航天国际合作项目文件与档案管理方式进行了初步分析,在此基础上建立了基于项目合同和工作分解结构（WBS）的文件与档案管理体系框架和运行模式,给出了航天国际合作项目文件与档案管理的有效解决方案。

| Abstract: | At first,with the connection of the Contract and project Work Breakdown Structure, space international cooperation project document management method is analyzed. Secondly, document management structure and pattern of the project are proposed. In conclusion,it gives a project document control solution or space international cooperation project implementation and management. |
