| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸外伤的临床特点以提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析376例胸外伤患者的临床资料。结果胸外伤主要是肺挫伤、血气胸、多发性肋骨骨折,合并伤主要是颅脑损失、腹部闭合伤、四肢骨折。采用胸腔闭式引流309例(约占82%),开胸手术39例(约占10.3%)。结论合并ARDS、颅脑损伤,腹部脏器损伤是其主要死亡原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment and study the clinical feature of thorax injury.Method: We reviewed 376 cases thorax injury data.Result: Thorax injury is the lung injury hemethorax and pneumothorax multiple rib fracture.The complicated injury is contusion of brain,abdominal closed injury extremity fracture 309 cases were drained closely(82%).39 cases were operated(10.3%).Conclusion: The main reason of death is complicated with ARDS.Contusion of brain,abdominal injury. |
