| 摘 要： | 以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂催化合成苹果酸二异戊酯,确定了苹果酸与异戊醇的酯化合成条件.实验结果表明:酸醇比为1:5(苹果酸0.03mol),催化剂用量为0.50g,反应时间为3.5h,带水剂苯为3ml,酯化率可达93.43%.

| Abstract: | Diisoamyl malate was synthesized from malic acid and isoamyl alcohol using solid superacid SO42-/TiO as catalyst.The results showed that the mole ratio of glycerine to acetic acid is 1:5,the quantity of catalysts 0.5g,the reaction time 3.5h,benzene of bring-water reagent 3ml,were found.The yield of esterification was up to 93.4%. |
