汽车风挡玻璃机器人自动涂胶系统的设计

摘    要:对机器人在汽车风挡玻璃自动涂胶系统中的应用进行了阐述,对机器人工作站中的主要组成部件,自动输送带、预对中装置、转运托架、自动翻转台、精密自动对中台、胶枪枪嘴清洁保护装置的设计和功能进行了详细的说明.对供胶系统中的聚氨酯胶供胶系统、聚氨酯胶计量供胶装置、胶枪等提出了见解.同时从机器人风挡玻璃涂胶系统的生产实际需要出发,提出并设计了一套玻璃自动对中识别装置,可以对不同规格型号的玻璃进行自动对中识别,提高了生产的柔性.并根据设计经验详细地论述了此套系统的工作节拍.

Abstract:This paper explains the application of robots in the automated vehicle windshield gluing system. It introduces in detail the design and functions of the major components of a robotic working cell, such as the automated conveyer, preorientation device, transport bracket, automated overturn platform, automated precision orientation device, and glue gun nozzle cleaning and protecting device. The paper also presents original ideas concerning the polyurethane glue supply system, polyurethane glue measuring device and glue gun in the glue supply system. Meanwhile, to meet the actual manufacturing needs, it offers a new design of automated windshield orientation and identification device which can position and identify different types of windshields automatically. The new design has greatly improved the flexibility of the manufacturing. Based on the experience of designing, the working cycle of the System has been provided.
