图书馆开放式借阅中拒借问题的探析

拒借问题是应该引起各高校图书馆高度重视的一个现实问题。造成拒借的原因主要有图书馆管理方面、读者方面和馆藏图书丢失方面等，图书馆应了解学校所开设的学科专业和读者的总体阅读倾向，加强读者利用图书馆资源的道德素质教育，尽可能提高馆藏文献利用率。采取各种有效措施降底读者拒借率。

The Analysis of the Refusal of Open Borrowing in University Libraries

Borrowing refusal is a practical problem that should have aroused great attention by the University Library managers. The refusal reasons are mainly related to library management, the readers and the lost of book collections. School libraries should be familiar with the professional disciplines opened by the university and the general reading tendency of the readers so as to enhance the moral literacy education of the readers in utilizing the resources of the library, and improve the utilization of the library collection as far as possible by adopting various effective measures to lower the rate of borrowing refusal.
