| 摘 要： | 在分析原变速箱设计数据的基础上，以所有齿轮的重量之和作为目标函数，用最少齿数、最小模数和传动比等一些因素为约束条件，以增广拉格朗日乘子法为优化方法，得到了优化数据。将优化数据与原设计数据进行对比，表明该优化设计是可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the existing design data of gearboxs,and taking the total sum of all the gears' weight as objective function and taking also the minimum teeth number minmum module value and transmission ratio as contraint conditions,lots of optimal data for gears are obtaimed byusing the augmented Lagrange mulitiplier method as optimal method. A comparison betwwen optimal data and existing design data for gears is made,and it shows that the optimal design is feasible and reliable. |
