X65管线钢的动态断裂行为研究

摘    要:采用热激活方法研究了X65管线钢的动态断裂韧性以及温度效应,研究结果表明:该材料的断裂韧性随加载速率提高而降低,存在由加载速率引起的韧脆转化,升高温度将使这一转化向高速区移动,通过热激活分析,获得了断裂激活能以及与温充和加载速率相关的定量化关系,该关系可以预测一定温度和速率范围的断裂韧性,同时在固定的速率下,该关系较好地预测了止裂韧性与温度的关系,从而为用小试样测试止裂韧性指出了可能性。

Abstract:The fracture toughness of pipeline steel X65 was studied at different temperatures. It was found that fracture toughness was strongly affected by temperature and loading rate. The fracture toughness decreases with temperature decreasing and loading rate increasing. At constant temperatures, only increasing loading rate can induce the transition from ductile to brittle. There is a fracture transition caused by loading rate. Through thermal activation analysis, a quantitative relationship was found. It can be used to describe the fracture process at different temperatures and loading rates. At some loading rate, the relationship can be well used to predict arrest thoughness and to provide the possibility of measuring arrest toughness with small size specimens.
