离心压缩机叶片扩压器噪声的理论和实验研究

摘    要:利用随机脉动调制理论,建立了离心压缩机谐波噪声和宽频噪声的通用计算模型,对叶片扩压器的声源及其辐射理论进行了深入的理论研究.还对离心压缩机整机声功率级及声功率频谱进行了测量,计算结果与实验结果比较吻合.利用本文提出的方法可以预测离心压缩机的噪声频谱,为设计低噪声离心压缩机、通风机提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Using the random pulse modulation theory, this paper proposes a general model for calculating harmonic and broadband noise of the centrifugal compressor, and presents theoretical investigation of the acoustic radiation of vaned diffusor. The results of the calculation are in good agreement with those of the experiment, in which the sound power level and its spectrum are measured. The method presented by this paper can be used to predict the noise spectrum in the centrifugal compressor vaned diffusor, so as to design a centrifugal compressor and ventilator with low noise.
