| 摘 要： | 河南省在水资源开发利用中存在一系列问题,如水体污染﹑用水浪费现象﹑地下水开采不合理等问题。针对河南省水资源现状,提出了加强宣传、提高公众参与度、加大管理力度、加强污水治理、加强流域治理、提倡节约用水等相应的对策。

| Abstract: | There are many problems of water using of Henan Province ,such as water pollution.water waste ,unreasonable mining of ground water and so on. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to cope with the above problems, such as strengthening publicity ,improving public participation.strengthening management and sewage disposal.improving water environment and management of river basin,advocating saving water and so on. |
