层次分析法与模糊综合评判法在评价教师课堂教学质量中的应用

摘    要:针对课堂教学质量评价问题中的多层次性和模糊性,建立了教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,并用模糊综合评判法对教师课堂教学质量做出客观系统的评价.这种评价方法克服了教师课堂教学质量评价中的主观随意性,提高了评价结果的可靠性、准确性和客观公正性.

Abstract:According to the hierarchical and fuzzy problem, established the classroom teaching quality evaluation index system and determined the weight of each index by the analytic hierarchy process. On fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, made an objective evaluation system of classroom teaching quality. This method overcomes subjective and improves the reliability, accuracy and objectivity.
