长白狗舌草化学成分研究

摘    要:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对长白狗舌草分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为二十四烷酸(1),十六烷酸单甘油酯(2),α-棕榈酸单甘油酯(3),β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷(4)和齐墩果酸(5).化合物15均为首次从长白狗舌草中分离得到.

Abstract:Chemical constituents of Tephroseris phaeantha were isolated by column chromatography and semi-prepared HPLC, the structures were elucidated of spectral data and physical-chemical properties. Five compounds were isolated and respectively identified as tetracosanoic acid ( 1 ) , daturic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester ( 2 ), α-palm acid monoglyceride ( 3 ), β-sitosterol-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), Oleanolic acid ( 5 ). Compound 1-5 are isolated from Tephroseris phaeantha for the first time.
