高压共轨柴油机Sub-220 nm超细颗粒物排放特性研究

摘    要:超细颗粒物是雾霾的重要组分,对人体健康影响极大。在一台六缸高压共轨柴油机上研究不同工况下Sub-220 nm超细颗粒物的排放特性,结果表明:碳烟排放在小负荷时极低,且随着负荷的增加而增加;Sub-220 nm超细颗粒物排放数量浓度在小负荷时高,且随负荷的增加而降低;Sub-220 nm超细颗粒物数量浓度的粒径分布为在小负荷和满负荷时是双峰特性,其余工况是单峰特性;转速升高,缸内气流运动加强,超细颗粒物排放数量浓度明显降低,各特征直径明显降低。

Abstract:As an important component of haze, ultrafine particles have a great impact on human health. Emission characteristics of Sub-220nm ultrafine particulates under different conditions were studied on a six cylinder high pressure common rail diesel engine. The results show that soot emission is very low at low load and increases with the increase of load. The numerial concentration of Sub-220nm ultrafine particulate matter emission is high at low load and decreases with the increase of load. The particle size distribution of Sub-220nm ultrafine particles numerial concentration is bimodal characteristics at low load and full load, while the other working conditions are unimodal characteristics. With the increase of rotating speed, the air flow in the cylinder is strengthened, the numerial concentration of ultrafine particles are significantly decreased, and the diameter of each characteristic decreased significantly.
