| 摘 要： | 研究了用阳离子交换树脂（ＤＨＲ）催化２－甲基丁酸与醇的酯化反应，合成了几种２－甲基丁酸酯，并获得了合成２－甲基丁酸丁酯的最适宜反应条件。在ＤＨＲ存在下由２－甲基丁酸与正丁醇合成２－甲基丁酸丁酯，考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对酯化作用的影响。结果表明，在最适宜反应条件下， 催化剂活性高，反应６ ｈ之内就可获得最好酯产率９３．７％。此法具有操作方便，反应温和，容易分离，酯产率高的优点。

| Abstract: | Experiments are carried out on esterification of 2-methyl butyric acid with various alcohols for synthesizing esters,and the appropriate reaction cond itions of esterification of 2-methyl -butyric acid with 1-butanol are investigat ed with DHR. Results indicated that the catalyst is highly active and the esteri fication of 2-methyl -butyric acid with 1-butanol can be finished within 6 hours with 93.7% under appropriate reaction conditions.This method takes the advantag es of simple operation,mild reaction conditions,easy division,high yield of ester. |
