| 摘 要： | 共产党员的党性修养首先要坚持党性,但坚持党性要以人为本,尊重人性、发挥党员个性。坚持党性是核心,是根本;尊重人性是基础,是前提;发挥党员的个性是尊重人性的体现,也是党性的具体展现。党性、人性、个性是中共党员党性修养的基点。
