基于知识经纪人的企业内部知识市场运行研究

摘    要:很多企业认识到企业的效益和成长性越来越依赖于员工的知识和技能,而知识管理为企业解决知识层面的问题提供了有价值的方法。本文从知识经纪的角度,探讨了知识管理的重要应用之一:知识市场的要素及其运行。本文回顾了相关领域的研究成果,并重点研究了包含知识产品、价格体系、市场参与者和运营平台在内的四大要素,并从知识经纪人对于知识市场的四种运作活动的功能角色进行了分析,最后为企业知识市场的构建项目提供了参考建议。

Abstract:More organizations realize that employees' skill and knowledge have an impact on the financial results.Knowledge management(KM)is a valuable method to deal with these knowledge problems.Based on knowledge brokering,knowledge market,analyzes the concept,four main factors including knowledge product,price system,participator and operating platform.Knowledge brokers can facilitatae the running of the market as four different kinds of roles in knowledge framing,knowledge filtering,knowledge streamlining and knowledge integrating.In the end,the essay provides some hints on the construction of corporate inner knowledge market.
