| Abstract: | Make use of the development view of science, study the school sustained development strategy, provide sci-etifical basis for leaders' decision, is a scientific request of scool management. This paper makes use of Markov chain theories to university teacher title structure and the reform result in education carry on dynamic state analysis on quality, and solves the problem of inaccuracy understanding. |
