浅谈煤炭资源整合后的国有企业人力资源整合问题

煤炭资源整合是山西省煤炭行业发展壮大的助推器,更是山西省实现重大战略转型的审慎决策。目前,山西省煤炭资源整合工作总体进展健康有序,并已取得阶段性成果,但整合中也出现一些问题,其中最难的就是如何实现人力资源的整合。文章就国有煤炭企业在人力资源整合过程中遇到的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
