摘 要: | 将川芎(Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort)的干燥根经常温粉碎,分别采用石油醚脱去脂溶性物质、根据多糖在95%溶液中不溶的性质,沉淀出粗多糖。粗多糖经无水乙醇、无水乙醚、丙酮脱水,真空干燥,碱法得到川芎多糖的粗多糖粉末。称重计算,粗多糖的收率为6.7%。

Abstract: | Chuan Xiong(Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort)dry root temperatures often crushing,petroleum ether were used off the fat-soluble substances,according to the polysaccharide solution in 95% of the insoluble nature of precipitated polysaccharide.Polysaccharide by ethanol,anhydrous ether,acetone dehydration,vacuum drying,alkaline get Chuanxiong polysaccharide polysaccharide powder.Weight basis,crude yield of 6.7% polysaccharide. |
