玻璃熔制过程的定量化评价

摘    要:提出了评价玻璃熔化过程和玻璃澄清过程的定量指标——熔化指数和澄清指数,从而建立了应用数值模拟手段来定量地评价和分析玻璃熔制过程的方法。用澄清指数考查了熔窑结构和操作参数对彩色显像管玻璃熔制质量的影响,为玻璃生产提供了理论依据,指出了改进方向。研究成果已成功地应用于实际生产,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The quantitative indexes, melting index (IM) and refining index (IR) have been proposed, with which the conditions of glass melting and refining processes can be evaluated respectively. Thus, the approach of quantitative evaluation and analysis on glass fusion processes has been established by using numerical simulation. The effects of the structure, size and operation parameters of color TV tube glass furnace on the quality of the glass melt have been determined by using the refining index in the numerical simulation. This provides theoretical basis for improving glass production. The modeling results have been applied successfully into color TV tube glass production and great economic benefit has been achieved.
