水井高压测试免攀爬防喷装置的研制

摘    要:水井测调过程中地面安全方便至关重要,为此,研制了水井高压测试免攀爬防喷装置,解决了测试工人需反复上下防喷管,存在安全隐患且劳动强度大的问题。该装置由绞升机构、锁定机构、组合底座及支撑机构组成,采用分体式结构设计,整个操作过程均可在地面完成,消除了操作者反复上下防喷管带来的安全隐患,降低了工人的劳动强度。

Abstract:The ground safety and convenience is utmost importance during the process of water-injection well adjustment,therefore the no-climbing blowup preventer for well high-pressure measurement is designed.The device resolves the problem that workers should climb up and down to the blowup preventing tube,which can cause hidden dangers and great labor intensity.The device with a divided structure consists of a winching mechanism,a locking mechanism,a combined base and a support mechanism.The whole operation of the device can be performed on the ground,which can eliminate the hidden dangers caused by workers climbing up and down to the blowup preventing tube and reduce workers’ labor intensity.
