| 摘 要： | 对亚硫酸钠结晶的连续化生产工艺过程进行研究,经过对SO2烟气进行碱吸收、中和、压滤除杂、结晶、脱水分离、干燥等一系列过程得到产品亚硫酸钠,工艺过程和产品都符合国家标准.由于该过程具有物料处理周期短、产量大、回收废气,对环境友好等优点,符合节能减排和环保的需求,在冶金生产中具有很好的应用前景.

| Abstract: | A study is made on the continuius production of the crystallized Na_2SO3 by alkali absorption of SO_2 gas,neutralization,filtered inpurity under high pressure,crystallization,separation by dehydration,and drying. This production process is short in time for material preparation and high in production,and thus it has a bright future in metallurgical indestry. |
