| 摘 要： | 本文在求解滚刀螺旋容屑槽成形铣刀廓形的基础上,给出了成形铣刀廓形上各点中凸值及成形铣刀最大中凸值的求解方法,提出了用一条圆孤代替成形铣刀廓形的近似设计方法,并对代用圆孤进行了误差分析。

| Abstract: | This paper was based on the computation of the shape milling cutters sketch for the spiral chip room of the maching rolling tool,giving a method of computing the camber values on each point and the maximum camber values of the sketch of shape milling cutters.An approximate design procedure of a supplantig circular to supplant the sketch of shape milling cutters was presented and the analysis of errors in supplanting circular was made as well. |
