| Abstract: | Practice-based teaching approach, as a more common way used in the education and teaching, can make the abstract original action impression vivid and intuitive and strengthen the students~ understanding. Through scientific and reasonable arrangements of practice-based teaching approach and the display of sports skills, it enables the students to grasp the essence of sports skills, strengthen the effect of learning skills and make a solid foundation. |
