| 摘 要： | 分析当前计算机CPU芯片散热的主要技术及其特点.结合具体的设计实例,采用温度数值模拟软件对之进行模拟分析,得到CPU芯片散热器性能随着其结构尺寸变化的规律,为提高CPU散热性能研究提供参考.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the existing heat dissipation techniques of computer CPU chips. Based on practical design instances, the simulation analysis made by temperature numerical simulation software shows the regular pattern that the performance of CPU chips radiator varies along with its structural size, which can be taken as a reference in enhancing the performance of CPU heat dissipation. |
