My Views on the Cultivation of Creative Talents

The competition of the 21st century is the competition of technology and talents. Facing the challenge of the 21st century, we must carry out reforms on the higher education and promote quality-oriented education, arm our minds with new educational ideas, reform traditional teaching models and establish new models in which emphasis is laid on the cultivation of students' creativity and implementing ability so as to improve the quality of our citizens.
