模具钢的B-AI共渗层组织性能研究

摘    要:本文探讨了T8、5CrMnMo、2Cr2W8V钢在添加氧化铝和还原剂的熔融硼砂浴中BA-1共渗工艺,还探讨了B-AI共渗层组织及其特性.结果表明,B-AI共渗层的结合强度、抗氧化性、抗热疲劳性均优于渗硼层且工艺简单易行。

Abstract:This paper process of B-Al codiffusing in T8.5crMnMo.3cr2W8V steels by molth borax bath with the addition of aluminium oxide powders and ageant of reduction.its characteristics of B-Al codiffused layer.The result show that bondind strength and oxidation resistance and hot fatigue resistance of codiffused layer exhibits better result than those obtained from boriding layer.This method is simple and easy.It is worth being popularized.
