| 摘 要： | 试验采用温州某城市生活垃圾焚烧厂飞灰为原料,对飞灰中重金属挥发工艺的特性进行了高温热处理研究,主要探讨了温度、时间、载气等工艺参数对重金属的挥发效果的影响,并优化了工艺参数.试验运行结果表明,温度和时间是影响重金属挥发的最主要参数,在以空气为载气(进气流量600mL/min)的条件下,其最优参数分别为1 000～1 050 ℃和120 min,此时重金属Cd和Cu挥发率分别为89.7%和77.9%,Zn仅为53.2%,而Pb高达99.7%;载气气氛对重金属挥发率的贡献率较小;除Pb外,各重金属挥发率均随着飞灰样品厚度的增加而呈显著下降趋势. |

| Abstract: | A heat-treat experiment is carried out to test the volatilization characteristics of heavy metals in municipal solid waste incinerator(MSWI)fly ash,which is taken from a municipal solid waste incineration plant in Wenzhou,intending to know the efficacy of the heat-treatment temperature,time and gas carrier on the evaporation of heavy metals in fly ash,and optimizes the process parameters.Test results show that the heat-treat temperature and time are the most important parameters in this experiment.On the ai... |
