高压氧综合治疗颅脑外伤50例疗效观察

总结分析高压氧(HBO)治疗颅脑损伤50例,与对照组比较,认为HBO治疗颅脑损伤病人,可明显提高治愈率和有效率,可促进颅脑损伤手术后昏迷病人的清醒,改善运动机能障碍,消除颅脑损伤后遗留下的神经精神症状,对于颅脑损伤病人,手术治疗后应把握好时机,尽早行HBO治疗.

Analysis on the Curative Effects of 50 cases of Craniocerebral Trauma Comprehensively Treated by Hyperbaric Oxygen

50 cases of craniocerebral trauma treated by hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) were summarized and analyzed. When they were compared with control group, it was thought that the method of treating the patients suffering from craniocerebral trauma by HBO could obviously raise the cure rate and effective rate, expedite the awakening of patients who was in a state of unconsciousness after an operation of craniocerebral trauma had been performed, overcome the dyskinesia, eradicate the neurologic mental symptom resulted from craniocerebral trauma. So for the patients suffering from craniocerebral trauma, a right time should be seized after the treatment of operation, and a treatment by HBO should be conducted as early as possible.
