成人高等教育形成性考核的变革及思考

摘    要:形成性考核自1999年在开放教育系统推行以来,成为成人高等教育加强教学过程管理、提高教学质量、深化考核改革的重要措施。但在实施过程中,其效果依然存在种种不足,并随着学员学习需求的增长、教育和课程教学的改革,形成性考核面临新的变革,变革的主要内容涉及考核功能拓展、考核沟通机制、对接课程改革等问题。为确保变革的推进,需要进一步加强教育教学改革、强化教育平台支持、加强考核管理监督。

Abstract:Since the implementation of formative examination in open education system in 1999, it has become an important measure to strengthen the management of teaching process, improve teaching quality, and deepen the reform of the examination in adult higher education. However, there are various deficiencies in the effect during the implementation. And according to students' increasing learning needs and the reform of education and curriculum, formative examination is facing new changes. The main contents of the changes include the examinations' functional expansion, communication mechanism, cohesive curriculum reform, etc. To ensure the development of reform, it is necessary to further strengthen the educational reform and education platform support, as well as enhance the management and supervision.
